For this beautiful intention, we’re bringing a unique instrument we rarely use—chimes. Chimes represent the playful, curious, and lighthearted essence of the inner child. Their delicate, whimsical sound evokes feelings of innocence, wonder, and freedom, making them the perfect tool to help you reconnect with your younger self.

Sound healing uses the frequencies of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, to guide your mind into a deep state of relaxation.
