Meditation helps us slow down, reconnect with our inner selves, and find tranquility during our busy day to day life. It reduces stress, enhances focus, and promotes emotional health. When paired with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, the experience is profoundly healing and rejuvenating.

Ruah Women’s Wellness provides affordable drop-in and yearly memberships for women seeking sisterhood and wanting to deepen their meditation practice.
