Shipping policy
Effective March 28, 2025
At NewStarSeed, our primary focus is offering sacred events, workshops, retreats, and wellness services. While most of what we offer is event-based and digital, we may occasionally release select physical products through our shop.
Processing Times:
When available, physical product orders will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on studio operations and event schedules.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Times:
For occasional physical products:
- All shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be clearly outlined in the product description at the time of purchase.
- We currently ship within Canada.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and carrier service.
Event Bookings:
Event tickets, retreats, and service bookings are digital and will be delivered via email after purchase. These do not require physical shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you purchase a physical product:
- Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If you require assistance, please contact us at info@newstarseed.com and we will do our best to support you.
Local Pickup:
For special product releases, we may offer local pickup at our studio by appointment. When available, this option will be listed in the product description.
