Refund policy

Effective March 31, 2025

At NewStarSeed, we hold sacred the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each of our offerings. To maintain the integrity of our space and respect for all participants and facilitators, the following policies apply to all bookings, purchases, and event registrations.

To reschedule a private session or booking, please email us at support@newstarseed.com

1. Event Cancellations & Credits

• We do not offer refunds however, cancellations made at least 1 week before the scheduled event are eligible for a credit toward any future event.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Credits may be transferred to another person if communicated to us before the event.
• Cancellations made within 1 week of the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for credit. 

2. Early Bird Tickets

• Early Bird tickets are non-refundable.
• They may be credited if the cancellation is made at least 1 week before the event.
• Early Bird ticket credits follow the same 12-month validity and transferability terms as standard credits.

3. Retreats

All weekend and day retreats registrations are considered final sale and are non-refundable and not eligible for credit due to the commitment required in reserving retreat spaces, accommodations, and facilitator time.

4. Digital Products, Sale Items & Private Sessions

Digital downloads, sale items, and private session bookings are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise specified.

5. Changes & Transfers

• If you wish to transfer your registration to another person, you must notify NewStarSeed at least 24 hours before the event.
• Credits may only be used for services, events, or offerings facilitated directly by NewStarSeed.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer

To request a cancellation, credit, or transfer, please email:

Include your full name, event details, and reason for your request. We will respond within 48 hours.

7. Policy Acceptance

By registering for any NewStarSeed event, service, or product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Credit Policy.
