Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience where you are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. These healing frequencies help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for inner reflection and harmony.
Do I need prior experience to attend?
Not at all. Our sound baths are open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation and sound healing or are familiar with these practices. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.
What are the benefits of Sound Healing?
Sound healing may support:
-
Stress relief and deep relaxation
-
Improved sleep quality
-
Enhanced clarity and focus
-
Emotional release
-
Energetic balance and alignment
-
A deeper connection to yourself
Each sound bath is unique, and you may notice continued integration even after the session.
What should I expect during a session?
You will be invited to rest comfortably, usually lying down on a yoga mat, supported by blankets and pillows. You will be gently guided into a relaxed state while sacred sounds wash over you. Some may experience deep rest, emotional or energetic release, or simply a sense of peace. Every experience is personal and unique.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
-
Comfortable clothing
-
A yoga mat (available at the studio if needed)
-
A blanket and pillow
-
A water bottle
-
An eye mask or other comfort items if desired
Create a cozy space to fully relax.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior and close 5 minutes after the start to honor the sacred container. Late entry is not permitted.
Will I have to share or participate verbally?
At the end of our sound baths, we often hold optional group shares and check-ins to allow space for reflection and connection. However, sharing is never required. If you prefer to simply listen and hold space for others without speaking, you are always welcome to opt out and remain in quiet presence.
What if I fall asleep during the sound bath?
Falling asleep is common and welcomed. The sound vibrations will continue to work on your body and energy system whether you are awake or asleep. Many participants experience deep rest and still receive the full benefits.
How do I find the event time and address?
Each event may have a different time, location, and specific details. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also visit our [Event Collection Page] to find your event and view the full description including time, location, and any special notes.

Experience epilepsy, seizures, or severe tinnitus
If you have any health concerns, feel free to reach out to us before booking.
Can I attend if I am pregnant?
Yes, many pregnant individuals find sound baths nourishing. However, please consult with your healthcare provider beforehand. Inform your facilitator upon arrival so we can offer additional support for your comfort.
Can I attend if I am sensitive to sound or easily overstimulated?
Yes. Many sound-sensitive guests benefit from sound baths. We encourage you to listen to your body. You may adjust your distance from the instruments, step out if needed, or bring soft earplugs for added comfort.
Can children attend sound baths?
Our group sound baths are intended for adults and mature teens. Children aged 12 and older are welcome if accompanied by a participating adult and able to respect the space.
For younger children, we recommend booking a private sound bath so the experience can be tailored to their needs.
How often should I attend sound baths?
There is no one-size-fits-all. Some guests attend weekly, others monthly, and some when they feel called. Trust your intuition and listen to what your body and spirit need.
