Named after the season of strawberry harvest, this full moon symbolizes abundance, fulfillment, gratitude, and the quiet beauty of witnessing the seeds you’ve nurtured begin to bear fruit. It invites us to celebrate our growth, soften our grip on what no longer serves us, and create space for the next chapter to unfold naturally.

Unlike the energy of a New Moon, which calls us to begin, the Strawberry Full Moon asks us to receive. To reflect. To acknowledge how much you’ve carried, how much you’ve overcome, and how much has changed—even if it hasn’t happened in the way you expected.

As the moon reaches its fullest expression, we’re reminded that we, too, are allowed to shine without needing to prove our worth or rush toward what’s next.

Float weightlessly in one of our signature hammocks or settle comfortably onto a yoga mat—as crystal singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments guide your nervous system into a state of deep restoration. Their soothing vibrations help release tension, quiet the mind, restore balance, and create space for clarity, peace, and renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A yoga mat (available at the studio if needed)
  • A blanket and pillow
  • A water bottle
  • An eye mask or other comfort items if desired

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior and close 5 minutes after the start to honour the sacred container. Late entry is not permitted.
