A sacred invitation to begin your week in alignment—with your soul, your breath, and this beautiful Wellness Community.

Every Sunday evening, we will gather in sacred circle to reconnect with our inner world, to reset our energy, and to realign with the truth before the week begins. A sacred space to explore the depths of your practice in ways that nourish your mind, body & soul.

This won’t be your average meditation circle! Each gathering is a new experience—an invitation to explore meditation through many sacred forms. One week you may be lead through active breathwork or mala meditation, while another may invite you to paint in silence, color with intention, or soften your gaze into the quiet flame of a candle 🕯️Exploring unique ways to connect you to the power of breath!

Some Sundays may even bless you with the unexpected beauty of a sound bath meditation! 👀 ONE thing for sure—no two Sundays will ever be the same.

This rhythm of variation is intentional—to nurture curiosity, inspire playfulness, and remind us of the art of fully surrendering ✨

And this space is for ALL—not only for those who feel called to receive but also for those ready to step into leadership and deepen their path in the healing arts.

Sacred Start Sundays offers the opportunity for emerging facilitators to volunteer and guide a meditation, gaining experience, confidence, and the chance to share their unique medicine with a loving and supportive community. After an hour together in practice, you’ll have the opportunity to linger a little longer—pull an oracle card, sip tea, share reflections, or simply soak in the presence of like hearted souls 🫶🏼

This offering was created with the intention to deepen your connection to self while creating meaningful friendships— an opportunity to find your soul tribe and star family! It’s a space to come as you are and leave as your highest self.

Energy exchange is only $17 per Sunday, or $60 for the full month if you feel called to commit more deeply to the practice!
