PLEASE NOTE: This offering is a trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential practice designed to create a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and empowerment. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy or psychological treatment. Our facilitators are trained in trauma-informed care to ensure participants are always met with choice, consent, and safety, and we encourage those working with deep wounds to seek additional support from licensed mental health professionals. Participants attend willingly and are never required to share or engage beyond their comfort level.

The mother wound runs deep. It’s the ache of love not received, safety not given, words you needed but never heard. It’s the silent grief you carry, it’s the guilt, the shame, the anger, the emptiness—all tied to the first bond we ever knew, our mother.
And unless the mother wound is brought to the light, it stays with you. It shapes your relationships. It dims your light. It whispers that you are not enough, not worthy, not whole.
This is an honoring of the deep, unseen places within us that are ready to heal. This is about BREAKING generational chains.
We begin with the ancient ritual of fire walking—a powerful initiation where you will walk barefoot across hot coals, shedding old identities, burning through grief, shame, resentment, and fear. Fire is a sacred teacher, a master of transmutation, taking what no longer serves and transforming it into pure, liberated STRENGTH.
As the last ember fades—we drop into sacred medicine of sound vibrational therapy—a full body immersion of healing frequencies designed to clear the energetic debris the fire has unearthed. As the vibrations move through you, they will lock in the wisdom, seal the transformation, and flood your body with the lightness of freedom you may not have felt in years.
This is an intense & sacred ritual, designed for those who are TRULY READY. Ready to let go of the resentment that has weighed down their heart for far too long.

We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing
- A yoga mat (available at the studio if needed)
- A blanket and pillow

- An eye mask or other comfort items if desired
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior and close 5 minutes after the start to honour the sacred container. Late entry is not permitted.

Sound baths are generally safe for most people. However, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you:
